Our Foot Balance Board TRAVEL is a versatile, 

ultra light & portable balance training tool 

for lower leg mobility and core strength training.

SteadySole™ Foot Balance Block TRAVEL version is a multi-functional training tool with multiple levels of difficulty, where you can progress slowly and safely.  Similar to our PRO version this will allow for similar difficulty variation in a smaller more portable package. The 3 oval foams can be re-arranged to increase or decrease difficulty. If the curve of the oval faces outwards there will be greater sidewards instability adding to the difficultly and utilising greater balance control.  Strengthens foot and lower leg stabilisation muscles for greater balance control, coordination and agility.  It comes with our custom cork grip for more stable stance.

It is a great way to prevent the risk of future injuries as well as recovering from injuries by strengthening and adding to the musculature of your feet.  This can also reduce foot pain in the arch, side front or back of the foot by building a strong foundation.  It is physiotherapy for the foot helping to reduce foot pain, fallen arches, splayfoot and supination and can also help prevent these conditions developing or from getting worse.
